Cristina is specialized in corporate transactions, M&A and commercial law, with almost 15 years of experience advising on complex matters in Romania and in cross-border contexts, frequently working alongside legal teams from multiple jurisdictions.
Before joining Lexters, Cristina served as Counsel at Dentons, where she coordinated numerous mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and private equity projects, with a particular focus on real estate, TMT/IP-related mandates and agribusiness.
Previously, she worked as a managing associate at Popovici Nițu Stoica & Asociații (PNSA), being involved in major corporate restructurings and cross-border contractual disputes and deals.
Cristina provides strategic support in negotiating and structuring commercial contracts, conducting extensive due diligence, and managing business litigation. She advises foreign investors, investment funds and Romanian companies expanding internationally. Her notable work includes assisting on acquisitions of real estate portfolios and agribusiness joint venture projects.
