Helesteului, nr. 17, 1st floor, Bucharest, Romania (hereinafter referred to as “LEXTERS Attorneys”) may be in a position to process personal data for legitimate purposes in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) No 679/2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR” or “Regulation”).

Any collection and processing of such data by LEXTERS will be done in compliance with applicable national law, including the Regulation, in accordance with the principles set out below. Depending on your relationship with LEXTERS(e.g. client, potential client, collaborator, potential collaborator, employee, etc.), the processing is done for the purpose of:

  • providing the services of LEXTERS Attorneys;
  • communicating with you;
  • maintaining the contractual relationship;
  • compliance with legal obligations;
  • assessing the qualification requirements for positions available within LEXTERS(collaborators, employees, etc.);

The type of data that may be processed are those directly provided by you, such as name, surname, address, phone number, email, message, IP.

The way in which the data is collected is through your direct input. To the extent that you are a proxy (e.g. trustee) of natural persons, please inform those persons of how LEXTERS processes personal data and direct them to go through this LEXTERS Privacy Policy.

LEXTERS does not create any kind of database, all the data that are required to be processed for the purposes indicated above are on the original media as provided by you. They are only communicated on the documents produced by LEXTERS for the purpose of carrying out the mandate.

The duration of the processing is that necessary for the fulfilment of the mandate entrusted to us and, subsequently, according to the legal obligations that LEXTERS must respect.

Your rights in relation to the processed data are according to the Data Protection Regulation the right of access to data, rectification of data, erasure of data, restriction of data processing, data portability, to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

In order to complain about a breach of the rights protected by the Regulation, the data subject may contact the ANSPDCP – National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing and/or the competent courts.

Applicable law

These terms and conditions, and any disputes or claims arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions, shall be governed by Romanian law. All such disputes and claims shall be submitted to the competent court in Bucharest.

Amendments to these terms

LEXTERS reserves the right to change the terms under which this website is offered without prior notice. These changes will take effect immediately after posting on the LEXTERS Website.

Refund amounts

If you decide with LEXTERS to refund amounts corresponding to services that have no longer been rendered, the refund will be made within 15 days from the time of agreement.
