We also support companies in preparing and submitting the notification form, ensuring all information is accurate, properly documented, and validated by DNSC.

  • In case of a cyber-attack, we provide immediate legal assistance, guiding you through obligations such as notifying ANSPDCP or CERT-RO.
  • We also prepare and submit breach reports via the DNSC incident reporting platform, ensuring compliance with NIS2 timelines (the initial alert within 24 hours, an intermediate report within 72 hours, and a final submission within one month) to reduce both legal exposure and reputational damage.
